SHCS Marketing Committee Needs You!

We will be holding our first meeting on this Friday (14th ) right after school.

Thank you to all of you who have showed interest in participating on the Marketing Committee. The invitation is still open to any of you who would like to join us and start getting some of your hours during the summer. Committee members will be involved in planning activities such as Farmers Market Booth, float design and assembly and other activities involving advertisement for our school.

Summer Hours are doubled and go towards your individual 2010/2011 volunteer hours total.

We are looking for:

  • anyone with a flatbed trailer that we can use in the parades ( it will be in use for around 1 month)
  • a place to store the float that will protect it from the weather ( it will be in use for around 1 month)
  • guardians who would like to sit at the Farmers Market Booth on Thursday afternoons (June 17 thru August 26th)
  • students and parents willing to walk with the float during the parades
