Student of the week: Please have your child (ren) fill out the “student of the week” form. We would like one completed by every student so that everyone has a chance to be spotlighted.
“Run for Books”, Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 8:00 am, Soldier Hollow: This is a 5K run for adults and a 1 mile run for kids. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of leveled reading books for our school. We would love everyone to be able to participate. You may register at the school the week before the event, and up to 30 minutes before we run on the day of the race. Registration on race day starts at 6:30 am so we strongly encourage everyone to register in advance to avoid lines at registration. Parking is in the school parking lot. Please come and support our school and invite friends and/or family to join us. We really need these books! We are looking for volunteers to assist with this event. Fall Gala, Zermatt Resort: Thank you to everyone for all of your support for the upcoming Fall Gala! This is our 10th Anniversary celebration and we’re working with fervor to make this a special and memorable event. Let’s knock this one out of the park for our kids! Speaking of our school’s 10th anniversary, if you have photos from events sponsored by the school or done at the school I would love to include them in a special presentation to be shown the evening of the Gala. This would include photos from prior years Gala’s, the Provo River Watershed Festivals, SHCS annual Olympics, The Storytellers Festival, and any photos from those beginning years at Sundance.
