7:30     Volunteers help set up course
8:15     K/1^st grade to lodge for equipment (kindergarten and 1^st grade drop off at lodge)
8:30     2^nd/3^rd grade up to lodge for equipment (walk up to lodge)
8:45     4^th-8^th grade up to lodge for equipment (walk up to lodge)
9:15     Students get organized into teams, ready with boots, skis, poles bibs and flags
